A customer highlighted that they were not receiving order updates.
Looking into it we could replicate the problem ie order updates may randomly not be sent.
This issue should be sorted now.
If you are waiting for an order update and you have not received a response within 48 hours please email us again.
Generally as a rule you should get a reply to your email within 48 hours. If you don’t, please send the email again.
