KSC Orders Delayed
1 min readUnfortunately KSC orders are delayed because the latest firmware update is not ready.
When the update is finalised you will receive an email giving the delivery time of your order along with the payment request. If your order is affected you will have received notification.
The aim is for the firmware to be ready before the Christmas break 2022.

What is the update?
We found that the KSC can hang causing the unit to constantly output a knock indication signal to the 5 volt and 12 volt channels until the unit is restarted. It happens rarely but nevertheless it would be better if it did not do it all and this is what this firmware update will solve.
