Compatibility Policy
If you order a MoviChip product and you find it is not suitable for your application, for whatever reason, you can return it within 7 days of receiving the product. With a few conditions
Shipping
Shipping costs are not refundable, return shipping costs must be paid by the customer.
Product
Product must not be damaged and the product must be returned with the original packaging.
Return Shipping Number
If you need to return a product and you purchased the product directly from MoviChip, contact us by email first so we can give you a RSN (Return Shipping Number). We cannot accept returns without an RSN.
Deadline
We need to be informed within 7 days of receiving the product and the product must be returned with a tracking number within 14 days of receiving the product
Avoiding Returns
Reduce the chances of the product not being suitable for your application.
–Check the input and output specs of the product you are purchasing.
-Are the voltages suitable?
-Are the current load limits appropriate?
-Be sure to understand the problem you want to solve
-Be sure you understand what your chosen MoviChip product does.
